One of the gripes some players have with online poker is the fact there are allegedly more bad beats and setups online than in a live poker environment. This one is not actually a myth, but a fact.
There are technically more bad beats online, but this simply has to do with the sheer speed of online poker compared to live poker. More hands played means more bad beats on average.
